/OVERVIEW

Eventsoft – Building a new brand identity and updating the company website with a fresh new design.

CHALLENGE

Eventsoft is a software company that supplies event management software to events and music festivals in the Netherlands. The company has been founded in 2011 and since then the brand identity has been the same. The same goes for the website, an outdated design that was not optimized for responsive viewing. The company also hasn’t shed much attention on marketing and is not active on social media.

APPROACH

We started this project by having our initial meeting, where we talked about the company’s history and the reasoning behind its current identity. After we got our first information we went to the drawing board to sketch up some logo examples. When we got the go on the logo we went on with the brand identity of Eventsoft. We defined the colors, fonts, tone of voice, and photography. With the brand identity figured out, we implemented the identity into the newly designed website.

WEB DESIGN

Updated website design to match the new identity.

We updated the outdated website with a fresh new design inspired by the new logo and brand identity. In the website, we used a lot of organic shapes to match the rounded corners in the logo. 

PROBLEM

Create a new, bold versatile logo for Eventsoft.

With the use of Snapchat lenses and the physical codes, we created an unique AR experience to promote the new clothing of PRJCT Studio

Implement a new website design, whilst maintaining the content distribution of the old website.

To accompany the clothing aspect of our pop-up we asked three of our PGI graphic designers and photographer to display their best work. Together with the beats from JFRY we showcased the potential and skills of our creators.

Streamline the user journey on and from the website.

High-performance media and assets served by Adobe’s best-in-class media management tools.

Creating a new brand identity. 

We decided to build and use various assets to decorate the space in The Student Hotel. With a custom build cash register, custom painted backdrop, t-shirt display, and our TV installation we had various eye-catchers.
