PRJCT pop-up – Our first offline event for the launch of the second drop of PRJCT Studio
CHALLENGE
PRJCT Studio is a new, fairly unkown fashion brand, whichs makes it hard to attract customers to an pop-up. We also had a limited budget to work with, from which we had to rent a space, decorate it and do marketing. With our marketing we wanted to incorporate a way of guarila marketing to get attention of visitors of the city center of Eindhoven.
APPROACH
To tackle the first problem; the location, we contacted a few location such as clothing stores, empty spaces in the city center and hotels. Eventually we we’re able to come to an aggreement with The Student Hotel Eindhoven to use their lobby as event space.
For the marketing we choose an mix between offline and online. We created 3D models of the three t-shirts that were being released, and developed a Snapchat© lense for each of the models. We spread copies of the Snapchat codes throughout the city centre of Eindhoven, together with chalk painted sign on the ground.

How can we create a interactive mix between offline and online media.
With the use of Snapchat lenses and the physical codes, we created an unique AR experience to promote the new clothing of PRJCT Studio

How can we use this offline consumer moment to also highlight our PGI member’s work?
To accompany the clothing aspect of our pop-up we asked three of our PGI graphic designers and photographer to display their best work. Together with the beats from JFRY we showcased the potential and skills of our creators.

How can we convert the pop-up space into a styled venue?
We decided to build and use various assets to decorate the space in The Student Hotel. With a custom build cash register, custom painted backdrop, t-shirt display, and our TV installation we had various eye-catchers.
